• The camp will focus on takedoes and pinning combinations.

• We will break down the takedown strategy and develop the attitude “I can take down anyone.”

• While much of the focus will be on the system we use at North Kingstown High School, the camp will be beneficial for any Middle School or High School wrestler looking to improve their skill. 

• Beginner, Novice and Advanced techniques.

• Live wrestling

• Free gift for each player.

• Please bring a water bottle.
